EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Marco Bellori, every pair of boots is crafted with utmost care and quality checks to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We request you to review size, color, and product details carefully before placing your order.


1. EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently offer exchange for size issues only, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery by emailing us at marcobellorri@gmail.com with your order number and 3 clear images (top view, sole, and box with label/invoice).

The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original box and packaging.

Customers are required to self-ship the product to our warehouse address mentioned below.

Once the returned product passes our quality check, the replacement pair (new size) will be shipped within 48 working hours, subject to availability.

All shipping/logistics charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.


2. RETURN POLICY
Due to the hygiene and personal-use nature of footwear, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns are only accepted if a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, verified through proper proof (unboxing video and images).

Non-returnable cases include:

Products worn, used, or washed.

Items returned without original packaging or invoice.

Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery.

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.

 

3. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not applicable on any orders once delivered.

Only exchange or replacement is possible as per the above terms.Any shipping or COD charges paid while placing the order are non-refundable.

In the case of a verified defective or wrong product received, a replacement of the same item will be arranged after quality verification.

5. IMPORTANT NOTES
Exchange/return requests can be placed only once per order.

Exchange is subject to stock availability and serviceable pin codes.

If the returned item fails quality inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer without exchange.
